EverHome

Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of EverHome. Please read them carefully. EverHome is a platform that connects homeowners with third-party providers. We are not a lender, insurer, warranty company, or contractor, and we do not provide those services ourselves. These terms include an agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions; see Governing law and disputes.

Acceptance of these terms

By checking the box and creating an account, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. You agree that we may provide notices and disclosures to you electronically.

Who we are

EverHome is a brand of LaunchPad Home Group, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 8920 Business Park Drive, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use EverHome.

What EverHome is, and what it is not

EverHome helps you understand your home and connects you with providers. We act only as a referral source: we introduce you to partners, who pay us as described in How we make money. We do not perform, and are not licensed to perform, the regulated services themselves.

  • We do not originate, offer, or negotiate mortgage loans, and we are not a mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator.
  • We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, we do not discuss specific policy terms, and we are not a licensed insurance producer.
  • Any lending, insurance, warranty, or contracting service is provided by the partner under its own terms and licensing.

Estimates are not offers

Any estimate, savings figure, or payment shown is illustrative and modeled from available data. It is not an offer of credit or insurance and is not binding. Only a partner can make a real offer, subject to its own terms and underwriting.

Third-party partners

When you request a quote, booking, or connection, you may enter into a relationship directly with a partner under that partner's terms. We do not endorse or guarantee any partner or its services, and we are not a party to and are not responsible for those agreements or the services delivered.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform. You may also upload inspection reports or other similar reports from inspection companies unaffiliated with EverHome. However, we do not verify any information in those reports and are not responsible for any of the content in those reports or any inaccuracies in those reports.

Intellectual property

EverHome and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any partner relationship.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and otherwise by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising from these terms or EverHome will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live or by video. We will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could.

Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration.

Public injunctive relief. A claim for public injunctive relief will be decided by a court, after any individual claims are arbitrated, to the extent the law requires.

Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the help of the same counsel, they will be administered under the AAA’s Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these terms, stating your name and that you opt out.

Court. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the portal before they take effect, and changes will not apply to disputes that arose before the change. If you continue to use EverHome after changes take effect, you accept them.
